By accessing or using NoCodeNation ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense purchased digital products without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code beyond what is delivered
• Use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent payment systems

3. Digital Products & Licenses

All themes and digital books sold on NoCodeNation are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files with third parties.

Theme purchases include lifetime updates for the specific version purchased. Major version updates may require a new purchase.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including themes, books, designs, logos, and code — is the property of NoCodeNation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use the Platform at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCodeNation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or digital products purchased.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
